Planning is not a one time activity rather it is a continuous and evolving project activity. It has to be reviewed continuously at some interval based on the outcome of the project executions and re-plan accordingly if required. Every changes in the plan should be baselined and get sign-off from the key stakeholders. Any change in the baselined plan, has to go through the change management board and approve accordingly.
